Delete Account

Request the deletion of your Timmy account and all associated data.

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your Timmy account and all associated information, you can do so using one of the methods described below.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Account information (email address, display name, profile avatar)
  • All financial records (transactions, wallets, categories)
  • Budget configurations and spending limits
  • Debt and loan tracking data, including payment history
  • Savings goals and contribution history
  • Receipt images and scanned documents
  • AI chat interaction history
  • Recurring bill schedules
  • Group memberships and associated data

What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • Account deletion is irreversible — all data will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
  • Transactions logged in shared group wallets will remain visible to other group members but will no longer be associated with your profile.
  • If you have an active Timmy Premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid continued billing.
  • Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
